Wedding Complete

Includes ceremony sound and up to six hours of services after the ceremony. From the moment when your guests first begin arriving to your ceremony until the last dance of the night, we'll provide complete coverage so you can enjoy a worry-free evening!
Ceremony Sound
  • PA system with plenty of sound output so all your guests can hear the ceremony
  • Microphones as needed for the officiant, groom (for vows), readers, soloists, and others
  • Music during the prelude (30 minutes before the service begins); entry music (processional); special music during ceremony (optional); exit music (recessional).
Reception
Up to 6 hours of performance time, including: ​
  • Cocktail Time and Dinner:  We'll be on hand during your dinner to introduce the wedding party as they arrive, play background music, help with introductions, toasts, etc.  This usually lasts around 2 hours
  • ​Balance of time (usually 4 hours) for dance music.
  • Professional digital music and light show
  • Add Photo Booth or decorative Uplighing for an additional charge (see below)
Personal Attention to Your Big Day
  • ​Pre-event consultation:  Your DJ/MC will meet with you at a location of your choosing (or online) to go over all of the evening's details, including guest information and music selection.
  • Access to our online planning app, Vibo DJ.  Change contact information for the wedding party, select music for the dance, all on YOUR schedule!
  • You may allow guests to also make requests through the Vibo DJ app.
  • You may add overtime to Wedding Deluxe for $150 per hour.

Wedding Deluxe

If you are having your ceremony at a location where sound is provided, our Wedding Deluxe package makes for the perfect wedding reception - from cocktail time to the final note of the last song of the dance!
Up to 6 hours of performance time, including: ​
  • Cocktail Time and Dinner:  We'll be on hand during your dinner to introduce the wedding party as they arrive, play background music, help with introductions, toasts, etc.  This usually lasts around 2 hours
  • ​Balance of time (usually around 4 hours) for dance music.

Up to 4 hours of performance time, including: 
  • Dinner/Cocktail Time.
  • Dance music for the balance of the evening.
  • Personal, pre-event consultation:  Your host will meet with you at a location of your choosing or virtually to go over all of the evening's details, including guest information and music selection. 
  • Access to our online planning app, Vibo DJ.  Change contact information for the wedding party, select music for the dance, all on YOUR schedule!
  • You may allow guests to also make requests through the Vibo DJ app.
  • You may add overtime to Wedding Lite for $150 per hour.

Digital Photo Booth

Music Man Productions brings the photo fun! Our digital photo booth allows your guests to take as many photos as they like with virtual and real props! Guests can have photos sent to their phone or email. And best of all, you the client will get a link to ALL the photos on a cloud drive!

Decorative Uplighting

   Add a special splash of color to your wedding reception with Music Man Productions optional uplighting package!  
   Our LED-powered uplights (up to 8) can be color-matched to your preferences and form a pillar of light behind the head table, near the cake table, or adjacent to the dance floor.  The location is up to you!
