Your wedding reception should create memories that last a lifetime.  At Music Man Productions, one of Iowa's best DJ and MC services, we've been creating lasting memories for 30+ years.  Our pledge to you:

• We will promptly respond to all communications initiated by our valued clients.
• We will meet personally with the bride and groom at their convenience to review all of the details of the reception.  If the bride and groom are unable to meet in person, we will hold the consultation session over the phone or through video conferencing (Zoom, Facetime, etc.).
• We will allow ourselves ample time to set up equipment before guests arrive, usually at least 90 minutes in advance of the scheduled start time.
• We will present a professional personal appearance at all events, with attire suited for the occasion and agreed upon by the client.
• The appearance of our equipment will be neat and pleasing to the eye.
• We will maintain all sound and lighting equipment in good working order and have backups for all critical equipment.
• We will be respectful and courteous to the client and guests at all times.
• We will make every effort to respect the wishes of the client and their guests in regards to music selection.
